Molly Barrett (she/her)

Clinical Director; Licensure Supervisor

M.A, LMHC
EMDR Trained

With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals, families, and children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe mental illness. In addition to clinical work, I have mentored early-career therapists and facilitated team-based training initiatives, providing clinical guidance and fostering professional growth. My mission as a clinical supervisor is to guide and support therapists in developing their clinical voice, enhancing their competencies, and maintaining high standards of ethical and effective care. I am committed to fostering a supervisory relationship that is safe, transparent, and growth-oriented. My goal is to empower clinicians to navigate challenges with confidence, practice with authenticity, and contribute meaningfully to the mental health field

Heart 100x100Meet Molly

When I’m not supporting other clinicians or helping clients grow, you can usually find me on my balcony, soaking up the sun with a good audiobook. I deeply value time with friends and family, whether that’s a quiet coffee catch-up or a spontaneous shopping trip (retail therapy counts too, right?). I stay grounded by maintaining a balance of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness—it’s a non-negotiable in my personal and professional life. Whether I’m kayaking on a quiet lake, journaling through reflections, or just making space for mindfulness, I prioritize routines that keep me aligned and energized. I bring that same holistic, grounded energy into my supervision and clinical work. I believe growth happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported—and I strive to offer that space to every therapist and client I work with.
