As Clinical Director at Heart and Solutions, I support a team of compassionate clinicians while providing high-quality therapeutic services grounded in empathy, ethics, and evidence-based care. My mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients and clinicians alike feel supported, valued, and equipped to grow. I aim to lead with integrity, cultivate clinical excellence, and promote emotional wellness through individualized care and strength-based supervision.In my clinical work, I draw from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and tailoring treatment to fit their unique needs and goals. My background spans outpatient therapy, clinical supervision, program development, and leadership within community-based settings. I have a passion for mentoring new clinicians, supporting diverse populations, and advocating for accessible, high-quality mental health services. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in a deep respect for the human capacity for change.
