Heart 100x100Meet Montana

Hi, I’m Montana, a therapist who believes in the power of nature, connection, and a good sense of humor. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me hiking trails with my four-legged sidekick, Zeus —who thinks he’s a certified co-therapist—, working on my golf swing, or plotting my next travel adventure. I love a good book, support my houseplants with emotional encouragement (they’re hanging in there), and believe in progress over perfection. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a dash of real- life perspective to my work—because healing doesn’t have to be boring.
