Sean honors a strengths-based, client-driven, holistic approach that focuses on supporting and encouraging the client. Integral to Sean’s practice is having intentionality towards building a strong relationship between client and counselor, while also creating a safe, trusting and comfortable environment with which to work together. Working together as a team, Sean and client will identify direction and solutions to increase client’s quality of life. Sean utilizes a variety of approaches, including but not limited to, EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
