Morgan Fielder
Mental Health Counselor
tLMHC
Making the decision to reach out to a counselor for the first time is a challenging step to take. Whether you are looking for yourself or someone you love, I provide a safe environment for my clients to explore their reasoning for seeking mental health counseling services by actively listening to their concerns and needs in order to assist them in the process of sorting through various life challenges. My diverse therapeutic approach allows me to help clients experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger/stress management, relationship concerns, and self-esteem/confidence. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. My goal is to help you strengthen your resiliency to get through difficulties and find hope and meaning in life. Reaching out can be hard and takes courage. I believe no concern is too big or too small to seek support.
