I am a mental health therapist committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelming experiences. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.Drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, I work to help clients build emotional awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster resilience at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. I believe healing begins within authentic therapeutic relationships and that every individual deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, process difficult experiences, and more toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional well- being.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new coffee shops, listening to music/podcasts, and finding ways to recharge through self- care and creativity. I also have the cutest dog, her name is Blossom.
