I’m passionate about helping individuals build the skills and confidence to face life’s challenges. I create a caring and supportive space where clients feel safe to grow and heal. By working closely with individuals and families, I help develop practical coping strategies that fit their needs. My goal is to empower each person to recognize their strengths and move forward with confidence.

Meet Liv
Hawaii holds a special place in my heart—I lived and studied there for a year. While on the islands, I swam with sharks and went skydiving, adventures that inspired me to name my dog Maui. I love embracing new experiences and bringing that adventurous spirit into everything I do.
