Lexi Grage
Mental Health Therapist
LMSW
I’m an LMSW currently under supervision for my LISW, with a background in community- based crisis work supporting individuals with substance use and a range of mental health challenges. Over the past four years, I’ve worked with both adults and children, helping them navigate complex life experiences and emotional struggles. Currently, I serve as a school-based therapist and also offer virtual sessions. My approach is person-centered—I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they grow, heal, and discover their full potential. Therapy should feel like a partnership, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Lexi is open to working with clients from all communities we serve in alignment with Heart and Solutions’ Commitment to Inclusion.

Meet Lexi
Outside of the therapy space, I’m a big believer in balance—whether that means lifting weights at the gym, spending time in nature, or getting lost in a good book. I’m a proud dog mom and a caffeine enthusiast who’s always up for a walk, a workout, or a quiet moment to recharge. I value both mental and physical health, and I bring that same energy into how I live—and how I support others.
