Deziree is a licensed therapist with her her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Winona State university. Deziree works with modalities including cbt, adlerian, solution focused, and person centered. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and ptsd in children, adolescents, and adults. She also has experience working with individuals of marginalized populations including LGBTQ+ community members and people of color. Deziree focuses on creating a safe and comfortable space for the client along with using a collaborative and strength based approach to encourage healing and growth.
