Graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Mental Health. Currently working on a Master’s degree at Winona State University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Completing practicum and internship with Clinical Director and host supervisor, Brandi. -Most interested in treating depression, anxiety, & trauma in multicultural adolescents and young adults. -Theoretical orientations: Adlerian, CBT, Person-Centered, & Solution-Focused -Strength based and culturally sensitive approach to counseling in order to empower clients and make them feel safe, supported, and heard.
