Chrissa graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa Sate University in 2012. Chrissa has provided BHIS services since 2012 and has managed the BHIS department since 2014. As the Vice President in charge of the BHIS Department, Chrissa is in charge of hiring and training BHIS providers, as well as implementing changes in the BHIS department to assist with growing and training our providers in their roles. Chrissa supervise the BHIS Supervisors at Heart and Solutions.

When Chrissa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her adorable corgi, Bandit! Chrissa also loves traveling, reading and watching true crime documentaries in her free time.
