Christopher Weaver is a community leader, behavioral health advocate, entrepreneur, and military veteran based in Dubuque. A graduate of the University of Dubuque with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology, Christopher has dedicated his career to serving others through behavioral health services, workforce development, and community engagement. Christopher served for over a decade in the Army and National Guard, developing leadership, operational, and mentoring skills that continue to shape his professional and community work today. He has worked extensively with youth, families, and individuals facing behavioral health challenges, helping them build resilience, achieve goals, and improve their quality of life.In addition to his service-oriented career, Christopher is the owner of Posh Lounge in Dubuque, where he combines entrepreneurship with a passion for creating positive community experiences. He is committed to empowering others through mentorship, advocacy, and opportunities for personal growth. Christopher is a devoted husband and father who values faith, family, service, and community. Whether supporting individuals through behavioral health services, leading business initiatives, or volunteering in the community, he strives to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of those around him.
