Brayden Bergum (he/him)

Mental Health Therapist

LMSW

As a therapist at Heart and Solutions, my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where individuals and families can navigate life’s many challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Buena Vista University, experiences that allowed me to work with a wide range of populations. My background includes work in schools, housing programs, and the child welfare system—experience that I now bring into the therapy room with care and intention. I believe that building a genuine connection with your therapist is key to meaningful growth. I bring an approachable style and a steady commitment to helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Let’s take the next step together—one conversation at a time.

Heart 100x100Meet Brayden

When I’m not at work I’m usually reading, hanging out with friends, or playing some of my favorite video games. I’m also a HUGE music fan and can enjoy just about any song/band, so you’ll often find me at concerts as well. When it comes to social justice, I have a passion for advocacy against human trafficking. Getting involved with my community is important to me and I do my best to attend events on a regular basis.
