Whether it’s helping clients overcome challenges or supporting our team in growing and thriving, it’s amazing to be part of something that truly makes a difference.
I feel like I have the opportunity to create a real difference and support families in a way that they feel they can implement changes routinely for long term benefits. I also enjoy the flexibility and the constant support from supervisors to prioritize self care. I feel that good work and taking time for myself is encouraged and rewarded.
Leadership and coworkers are genuinely kind, empathetic, and respectful. It is nice to be treated like the professionals we have worked hard to be. Also freedom of scheduling.
