I just recently moved to Cedar Rapids after graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Interdepartmental Health Studies and a minor in Human Relations. I am beyond excited to start my counseling career with Heart and Solutions. In the future, I will be going back to school to get my master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I found my love of working with and helping others through my job as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation settings over the past 5 years. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hanging out with my two cats (Lily and Lyla), and spending time with family and friends.
