Therese (Esa) Griffith is a dedicated Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) Provider at Heart and Solutions. Holding a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. With experience in applied behavior analysis and mental performance coaching, Esa is passionate about helping individuals and families build actionable skills, emotional resilience, and positive behavioral outcomes. Her evidence-based treatment approach focuses on structured skill development, goal directed interventions, and individualized care plans that empower clients in their daily lives. Esa is committed to creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped to achieve meaningful progress toward their personal growth

Meet Esa
As a former division 1 tennis player, Esa enjoys daily workouts, strength training, and pilates. With a husband who coaches college football, her weekends are usually spent attending or watching game. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring local coffee shops.
