Hello! I am Natalie and I am a temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2023. I strive to provide inclusive, collaborative, and person-centered care for my clients. I am passionate about empowering my clients to utilize their strengths to further enhance their self-esteem and recognize their ability to push through life’s challenges. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adult population, with focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA+. I am trained in EMDR, PCIT, and am a Certified Grief Professional. Throughout my practice, I enjoy utilizing modalities such as solution focused, PCIT, CBT, narrative, EMDR, IFS.
