My name is Kaitlyn Stallman I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Psychology and Sociology. While in college, I dedicated my focus to my studies and gained experience as a teaching assistant (TA) in both of my Psych and Soc classes. I previously worked in direct care as a Direct Support Professional and a Behavior Technician where I worked with individuals on a daily basis to work on their personal goals. I am very excited to start working at Heart and Solutions to continue furthering myself and my passion of helping others reach their goals! My own professional goals are to build and maintain healthy relationships with my clients, as well as, to create a space that allows for open and honest communication. I look forward to this new career path and can’t wait to see where it takes me!
