My name is Leslee Loffer. I grew up in Marengo, Iowa and went to Iowa valley high school. I moved to Cedar Rapids in 2009 and attended Kirkwood community college. I graduated from Kirkwood with my AA degree in 2013. I later attended Mount Mercy university and graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. I worked for the Cedar Rapids Community School District as a special education preschool para and at risk para in 2017 and went on to be a Behavior technician from 2018 to 2021. I have worked at Tanager place, Four Oaks, and Foundation 2 as well. My passion is working with kids with special needs, and those who are at risk and struggle with behaviors. One of my other passions is fitness. If I am not at home or work then I am probably at the gym. I am so excited to be a part of this team and can't wait to start helping children and their families.
