During BHIS sessions I aim to provide a safe space for children to express themselves, learn about themselves, and create goals for themselves. I accomplish this through a structured approach consisting of psychoeducation, art expression, and play. I strive to model resiliency, a solution oriented mindset, and effective communication strategies during my sessions in order to support children in becoming the best version of themselves.
